is Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital. CAMH sets the standards for care, research, education and leading social change. We are dedicated to patient, family and community well-being. We improve access to integrated care, answer the most difficult questions about mental illness and remove barriers to belonging.
CAMH has created downloadable resources to help youth understand more about mental health and wellbeing, including substance use. Resources have also been developed for caregivers and supportive adults to help start a conversation with youth about these important topics.
These tools have all been co-created with CAMH’s clinical and education team alongside Youth Ambassadors to ensure they reflect informed research with a youth perspective.
